The Cocoonr Agency is pleased to offer this sea-view flat in the town of Criel-sur-Mer, a 600-metre walk from the beach. It measures 45 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Situated on the ground floor, it comprises an 18 m² living area, a fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room (with shower) and a garden of approximately 300 m².

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- An 18 m² living area with a double sofa bed, TV and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob…
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- The entrance to the shower room is located within the bedroom (separate room)
- A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, iron.

Outdoors:
- A 4 m² balcony with furniture (two armchairs with cushions and a coffee table), sunny in the afternoon

Communal area:
- A 300 m² enclosed garden, shared with the other co-owners; no garden furniture

The flat is ideally situated in Criel-sur-Mer, in a quiet, residential neighbourhood, with views of the sea and countryside, close to the beach, children’s play areas and, in season, a vintage merry-go-round, as well as three restaurants on the seafront. In the centre of Criel (2 km away), you’ll find a bakery, a butcher’s and delicatessen, a kebab shop, a chemist’s, a bank, a local grocery shop, a florist and a Carrefour Market...

- If you choose to come by car, you can park in the private outdoor car park in front of the apartment door. No numbered spaces.
