Avoid at all costs Staff are unhelpful and borderline rude. Booked a double room for sole occupancy and was given a twin room. When I protested this was not what was booked I was fobbed off. The Kenmore Club
Everything was excellent but our cottage was already at 3 but we had to pay an early check in fee. Why?? If it was already for us. We didn’t want the hassle of just hanging around for an hour so I paid it. Left a bit of a bad taste
