Front desk day staff ok, but a smile would have been nice to receive Very good- typical British breakfast very good. Great coffee! Evening meal very good- wait staff very friendly Very good-rooms in tower are newer and beds and pillows were very comfortable and very clean Good - common areas are quite worn in places, but that s because it’s a popular hotel"
