Overall the property was in need of some paint and TLC. Loved the hard working staff and made to feel very welcome premises had all the basics but need some upgrades."

Although the hotel is on a rather busy street did not hear any traffic from the room (facing the road). The historic center of town is just across the street and very easy to reach and enjoy. "The property was clean but I was appalled at the lack of provision, particularly when it came to basic personal hygiene. There were no hand basins near the toilets. In addition, the hand sanitiser provided wasn’t working. Staff were initially dismissive. There was a handbasin the the room but not soap provided. Also no feminine hygiene bins. Would recommend against staying here. "
