"Clean, safe, & friendly staff. Location was a great! Right in front of the Matthew Knight Arena which was perfect b/c I was there for an Oregon Ducks basketball game. Solo female traveller - felt safe the whole time and safe to leave my car in the parking lot. Safe neighbourhood. Lots of parking for the wkend. Staff at the front were super helpful & nice. No elevator but I only had a backpack for a short stay so it was perfect. Would absolutely book here again! "

"We stayed at this home during the first round of the college football championship in Eugene, and it was the perfect place for our group. The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. The house had plenty of space for our large group, and even though we were out most of the weekend for football events, it still felt warm, welcoming, and fully stocked with everything we needed.If we’re ever back in Eugene, we would absolutely stay here again. "We searched for a place to stay for U of O Parents' weekend at the VERY last minute, and this gem popped up as a perfect option for half the price of hotel rooms an hour away!The apartment was PERFECT: Huge (we could have easily had our entire family with us!), super clean, really quiet, and gorgeous views! Peter (the host) was extremely accommodating and we got to chat with him on our last night - really nice family focused on helping their guests have a great stay!HIGHLY RECOMMEND! (Just don't take parents weekend b/c I gave a good review :) )*Also, the bald eagle on the runway is a decoy. (After I took a few dozen pics!)"
