"Jennifer at the front desk was very personable and professional. She was able to answer any questions I had. The rest of the staff were very welcoming and the hotel was very well kept. The pool area was very clean and well kept which is one of the main reasons why I chose to book here. I will be booking here again as I travel often."

"I paid $170 for what turned out to be a very disappointing motel experience. The photos online were extremely misleading — the property and rooms appeared much cleaner, newer, and more inviting than they actually were. When my family and I arrived, checked in, and entered the room, we immediately turned around and left. The room was dirty, outdated, and had a strong mildew smell. I did not feel comfortable having my family stay there. We ended up booking a much nicer hotel nearby for nearly the same price, which also included a pool and complimentary full breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, my reservation for this motel specifically stated that breakfast was included, but the front desk informed us it was unavailable this month and might return next month. Overall, this was a terrible experience and not worth the price. I would not recommend staying here."

"There was trash on the ground, there was no ice machine but they said if we needed ice that it was in an ice chest in the hall which we saw a child dipping into with a container. There was no attendant present when we arrived but a sign said to call a number and then they came to check us in. They were friendly. The room had very outdated dark spotted carpet. A chair had a big tear in the fabric of the arm. A roach was in the bathroom floor. The lights flickered but came on like they had warned us at the front desk that they would. It was very noisy outside but that was the guests being rowdy around the pool which we were near but up on the 2nd floor so it was below us. I had booked it from the pictures and knew it was non refundable but was not worried. I won't stay there again. We left and rented a different room at a different hotel and paid again."

"We were kinda in a bind, our kitchen caught on fire, and needed a place to stay. We had our little chihuahua with us and with all this going on, the Best Western turned out to be just what we needed. The breakfast was amazing. The staff was wonderful. And our stay was as well. I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for all the wonderful help and thank you for a wonderful stay."
