Overall the place was clean. Rooms were redone but rest of the building is old.. Has lots of potential as it has a great location close to restaurants.

The property was old and needed updating. The air conditioner was old and loud but we needed to keep it running due to the street noise and heat. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The staff were very friendly.

The room was really hot upon entering and it took pretty much a day to cool it with the small window AC unit. The beds were comfortable and overall the place was adequate for my buddy and I as a midway point for our ride around the Kootenay Lake. Pretty rustic but did the job for what was needed. Joes pub down the block was amazing- great good both times we ate there.

Room was very clean. However beds are very firm and furniture it old. Air conditioner in window allows noise from street in no security because only one window fully closes but doesn’t lock. Upon arriving room door was not locked allowing anyone to go in before us. Don’t recommend this place.
