Great place to stop over while travelling to Alberta from the US. Clean spacious rooms. Being able to park right across the room back door is huge plus! Staff is friendly and little hotel “shop” is stocked with thoughtful items like frozen microwaveable food etc.

Key cards didn’t ever work so had to get them rekeyed every time we left the room. No pool or hot tub so not the best with kids..Nice staff and rooms were clean, but need to change towels when there with kids and a hockey tournament, at least every two days like most other hotels.

Thank you for your feedback we appreciate the input as it helps us grow and learn. I know we don't have a pool at our location, but we do offer free passes to the Rec. Centre for our guests and their families. We will work on the linen situation going forward.

After paying through Expedia, I arrived at the property and I was told they didn’t have a room available for me and they tried to up sell me. When I said I didn’t want that room I was basically told I was out of luck and it would be my own problem that I would be out the $$. The lady at the front desk who claimed to be the manager was aggressive and beyond rude. I said I hope she wasn’t lying. I made some phone calls and found out she was most likely lying and about 15mn later she asked for my name and magically the room type I paid for, she had and she gave me my keys. The absolute worst hotel experience I have ever had. Unfortunately there was so much snow/ice on the road, I couldn’t just leave.

The room with a king bed was nice. The tv could have been considerably bigger. A 32" just does not make it and the cable picture was not crystal clear like we are used to.

Quiet stay in Creston
Nice stay at the Ramada in Creston. Quiet and clean with a calm breakfast without many people around. Odd mixup at the restaurant next door but that just made the experience interesting! I think this is the nicest looking hotel in town.

My only beef, and it’s not unique to this hotel, is the memory foam/pillow top/or whatever it’s called mattress. I hate them. There’s some kind of rubber under there, so they don’t breathe. I feel like I’m lying on a hot plate and wake up sweaty and stuck to the mattress. Terrible.
