Clean but had issues
Dryer didn’t work and this was not communicated to us. Tv in master didn’t work. Someone came and fixed it but still didn’t work properly. But great location and comfortable place

Lea Ann, We had a miscommunication in our office and I thought the dryer had been fixed. I was not aware that another part needed to be ordered for that repair. We offered to pick up and launder any laundry your group had, which was a solution we could offer. Not ideal, but a work around. We apologize that this negatively impacted your stay.

Nice condo, well managed.
Overall we had a great experience at this condo. Very comfortable for 8 old guys. Great communication with the management company. The unit was very clean and in really good shape. Not a true ski in - ski out but pretty close to it. Note that this is an older building so there's no elevator. Not a big issue during the stay but it adds a bit of work for moving in and out. Also the grill is across the parking lot and down some stairs - not really usable on a winter night. Overall a very good value.

4 bedrooms and 4 baths for 4 guys is wonderful! Family room is very comfortable. The tv doesn’t seem to be able to connect to WiFi. The kitchen is well stocked for a vacation rental. Location is very nice-a walk to the far end of the hall and up a slight hill and you are skiing!

Excellent week at CB
Comfortable property, updated. Easy to get to the slopes. We enjoyed the hot tub during our stay. Beds were comfortable. We love CB! We go every year, despite living in Summit county ourselves we enjoy the low key atmosphere and short/no lift lines

Powder Days
The condo was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. We did experience a few issues that we reported to the property manager that were dealt with in a timely manner. I just wish that I was an advanced skier in order to take advantage of skiing to the back entrance of our building. My friend is an advanced skier and took advantage of skiing to the back entrance. Instead, I took the free resort shuttle that dropped me at the driveway entrance of the Paradise condo complex. However, I was experienced enough to launch myself from the condo building's back door toward the ski lift. We had an enormous amount of fresh powder snow at the beginning and during our stay which made skiing on the mountain a bit challenging for me. I am an intermediate groomed slope skier. Overall, we did enjoy our time at the Paradise condominiums.

Good last minute property
We planned a last-minute new year trip to CB, and found this property. While it is a bit of a hike to the main action, it is still a ski-out property, which was nice.

Good location
This was perfect for our 2 families. The downstairs was updated. Pretty view from the balcony. The fireplace didn’t work but we heard from the manager why it didn’t work the next day. I would come back.

Comfort in Crested Butte!!
This beautiful and spacious condo was perfect for our group of friends. There were 7 of us and never did we feel crowded. Easy walk to My CB shop, restaurants and lifts. It worked out perfectly for our needs!

Amazing place, great management!
We had an excellent experience here -- plenty of room for our two families (6 total kids). Nice, modern kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. It was also quite easy to get to the lift. Management was also great. When we discovered our coffee pot was cracked, they came out in a snowstorm to bring us a new one. Highly recommend!

Great location for skiing. Condo is very nice - 4 Bedrooms, 4 Baths was perfect for family ski vacation. Only distraction - no elevator - pack light!

Nice condo.
Nice condo, not the Ritz, but nice. My wife and I met our two children, their spouses and our grandchildren - 10 in all and we did not feel crowded. Ski out is easy, but ski in is tricky. The path back is via a catwalk with uphill stretches, or down an easy black diamond run. The driveway is steep, 60ft elevation gain in a tenth of a mile, two switchbacks, an 8% grade, definitively need 4wd if it snows. Parking was an issue for us as we arrived from three different locations in three different cars and only two parking places allocated. Perhaps the management companies can develop a methodology whereby unrented units can release their parking places to increase sustainability.

Hi David, Thank you for leaving a review. I'm sorry that you didn't think it was a 5 star as the condo is beautifully renovated and with everything you would need. Depending on the time of year (early or late season) and a big snow year the ski in/out can be slightly tricky. As far as the parking, we advertise 2 spaces, we remind you of that in your arrival instructions as well so to be frustrated that we couldn't give you a 3rd parking pass is a little frustrating on our end. Most ski in/out condos have very limited parking because they are so close to the slopes. This is common for every ski area. This is why we describe this situation in the description of our properties so that you can book knowing what you can expect.

True Colorado Ski In Ski Out with exceptional views
An amazing Crested Butte ski in ski out property with jaw dropping views to the north and west. Easy access to the West Wall lift to access the rest of the mountain lifts. You can literally ski into the condo entrance on the east side of the building. 4 bedrooms and 4 baths, loft area, comfy living room. The balcony view and sitting area provides an awesome place to sip a morning coffee and watch the sun rise against the mountains across the valley. The Kitchen is very well equipped including a coffee grinder to enjoy local roasted beans. The dining table provided a wonderful gathering place for meals and evening family games. The only cons would be the unit needs potholders/oven mits as we found ourselves looking for towels to handle baked items from the oven. Also, the internet access provided about 1 to 2 mbs download and about half that upload. Cell reception with ATT was very strong and provided an alternative to very slow Wi-Fi service. If you use the dryer, you will be startled by what sounds like a fire alarm once the load is dry…not for the faint at heart. All that said, we would absolutely stay here again.

Nice updated condo. We really liked that each bedroom had its own bath. Views, location and parking were great. The reach into the very high microwave was tricky for our shorter people but everything worked well and was very clean.

Great place for a family gathering!
We had such a lovely weekend! The space was great for us and worked well for our skiing and cooking! While parking was challenging the property folks were so quick to respond, I had no concerns at all! I hope we get an opportunity to come back!!

Beautiful Property and View
This an awesome condo. We had 2 families of 5 each and we each took a floor. It was perfect! The kitchen was stocked well enough and was pretty easy to find everything. Beds were comfortable. Everything felt well taken care of and clean. We had some parking issues. Let’s start with what can’t be controlled- without all wheel drive it would have been tough to get to condo. It’s at the highest location in the complex. Parking was an issue. No need to go into details but my only recommendation is to communicate immediately with the property manager if you have issues. Though our parking issue took a few days to resolve it was obvious that the property manager was working on our behalf to get it resolved. We appreciate Shay and Helen resolving the issue. It was difficult for us to walk down to the shuttle because the road down is pretty icy so after day 1 we opted to drive and pay $15 for parking at base. We did have a member of our group ski and hike down to the condo from the slopes but I wouldn’t call this a ski in/ski out. Might be easier if lift closest to condo was running. These are just some details for next renter but I must reiterate that we loved this condo and would stay here again despite the parking issues.

The condo inside was fine everything worked which was great. The outside, halls and access are dated and tied. The only issue was the security in the evenings harassed our adult children at the hot tub. In one case completely inappropriate. This needs to be a addressed. They guy was a real jerk

Thanks for reviewing the condo Mark. I can say that the complex has a new HOA as of December 2021 and there should be no more harassing of anyone in the hot tub or anywhere else on the complex.

Very nice property, all bedrooms with their own bathroom. Kitchen well equipped. Somewhat difficult access up two flights of stairs and limited parking for a large unit, only two cars. Had a very enjoyable stay overall.

Great place
We had a great trip, although it was too far from the lifts for us to walk, which was a bummer because that was a huge draw. The minor issues we did have were immediately remedied by the property managers, and I can’t say enough good things about them. We had room to spread out and relax, as well as play lots of games and cook each night. The king bed upstairs is in need of a replacement, but I’m sure that is coming.
