"This condo is the perfect distance from town for a little peace and quiet. It has lots of windows with views of the mountains and two balconies. We enjoyed our morning coffee each morning on the balcony located off the living room. There is an easy trail for a bike ride into town also with amazing views. Poorly insulated rooms allow for you to hear everything in the bathroom across the hallway along with all of your neighbors. Baseboard heat makes the room go from 50° tov100° and is supplemented by a portable electric space heater. Creaky floors, covered in delaminating, separating Pergo.
