Charming downtown Crested Butte home. Cute, cozy and in quiet alley. House is 122 sq ft and 3bd/2ba with two living areas, mud room, hot tub, and fenced back yard with patio. Five minute walk to downtown cCrested Butte in Elk Avenue, bars, restaurants, shopping and bus stop. This is a historic mining home that has been renovated. Please note the home and rooms are small. This is a perfect space for a family of 4 -6 or three couples who like to snuggle in bed and all be close. Walk to all amenities like Camp 4 coffee, The Secret Stash Pizza, Dogwood cocktail cabin and the cool historic bars like Kochevars. The views around you are amazing and to die for!
