Beautiful little apartment in the heart of Crested Butte. Remodeled apartment is 1 block from Elk Avenue where there is dining, shopping and the entertainment district. Walk 1 block to the ski shuttle up to the Crested Butte ski area. Apartment has 2 bedrooms - 1 with queen bed and the other with a bunk that sleeps a double on bottom and a single on top. Apartment has a gas fireplace and cable TV. Kitchen comes with oven/stove, dishwasher, microwave, ice maker, coffee maker and all the other appliances that you will need. A washer/Dryer is also available for guest use. Enjoy the outside deck with a gas grill and rocking chars to sit back and relax. Large back yard and off street parking. We really enjoyed staying at Pete and Shari's place! It was so cozy and comfortable, and we enjoyed every minute. The selection of family games is a really great amenity as well. A big thank you to our hosts! We'll be back.

Great to be back!

We love Crested Butte and this was our second time staying at Pete’s apartment. The spot is perfect for us and our 2yo. The location can’t be beat. I’m sure we’ll be back again!

Perfect cozy getaway

Located directly in the heart of historic downtown Crested Butte made this stay a dream. The apartment was clean and cozy. My in-laws loved the rustic decor! Highly recommend and looking forward to staying there again.

Perfect location

Pete’s place was great. Good communication, super clean, comfortable beds and an adorable yard to enjoy morning coffee. The location is perfect, walkable to everything downtown. Highly recommend!

Brief stroll to the Nordic center, just off Elk. Cozy place, comfy furnishings, nice kitchen, tiny bathtub but huuuge shower head. Liberty puzzles! Plenty of room for 4 of us. Would happily stay there again.

Great location

We all loved the apartment, especially its location and the lovely garden for enjoying drinks before dinner. Our host responded to all questions immediately. We also appreciated the coffee he provided in our kitchen from Camp 4 Coffee which is just around the corner. 5 stars!

This property is thoughtfully stocked with games, books, toys, and anything you might need to have a safe and healthy stay. There's a first aid kit and even zip lock bags in the kitchen! All those little things you might forget or not bring when yu travel but need when you stay.

Wonderful relaxing getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Place is super cozy and well furnished. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, and backyard was fantastic. The backyard is a shared space among a few units but was never crowded and tons of room to spread out (which given pandemic is great). We barbecued and sat in rocking chairs and just relaxed in the evenings. Owners live on site and could not have been more friendly and helpful. Their adorable pug was also a highlight for my petless teenagers. We can't wait to come back.

Nice place with everything I needed for a long weekend

Accurate listing. Had everything I needed. No major issues that I can recall. Clean. Comfortable bed (in main bedroom). Warm (with a thermostat in different rooms for more control). Good WiFi. Parking spot. Fully equipped kitchen (though I only used the refrigerator, sink and microwave). Short walk to main street and also the shuttle stop. And it was quiet (though I am not sure which other units had people in them).

Beyond Expectations

My husband and I loved staying at this property. It was close to Main Street, and we could easily walk there. The beds were comfortable, it was very clean, and we loved sitting by the gas fireplace each morning. Also, we enjoyed playing croquet in the evening and sitting on chairs outside the apartment. Our host, Pete, was very nice and was easy to communicate with. This place made our stay in downtown Crested Butte extra special.

Our stay was perfect, relaxing comfortable. A very well kept rental, centerally located in CB. Grounds provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, just sit outdoors and enjoy the cool air. No complaints and would definitely stay again if travels take us back.

Home away from home

Charming first floor apartment with a super charming and cozy feel. Everything was just as described with all amenities you would need. Beautiful landscaped private yard with inviting deck surrounded with trees and beautiful flower gardens, bicycles and croquet. Walking distance to all shops and restaurants. Hosts were wonderful, so accomodating and friendly. Highly recommend.
