Located only 9 km from Barbotan-les-Thermes, Lake Uby and its leisure centre with swimming pool, it is an ideal place to recharge your batteries between nature, heritage and the sweetness of life.

Located in the wing of an old mansion, this 99 m² cottage is entirely reserved for you. Although adjoining our house, it benefits from an independent entrance and private spaces, guaranteeing you calm and privacy during your stay.

The rental only concerns the ground floor; the ground floor, not rented, remains empty and unoccupied during your stay.

You will appreciate the generous volumes and the warm atmosphere of the place: a spacious kitchen opening onto a pretty 120 m² interior courtyard allowing lunch in the shade, a comfortable dining room and living room, as well as a welcoming bedroom inviting you to rest.

Outside, a large wooded plot of 2,500 m² reserved for the gîte will allow you to fully enjoy the calm of the Landes countryside.

The cottage consists of:
- a large fitted kitchen of 18 m² opening onto the inner courtyard of 120 m²;
- a dining room;
- a living room with television and library;
- a 12 m² bedroom with a double bed 140 m²;
- a bathroom with shower, bath, sink and bidet;
- separate toilets;
- a laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and a wardrobe.

A small room of 8 m², located between the kitchen and the access to the garden, is equipped with a desk, ideal for reading, teleworking or organising excursions.
