"I always try to book a Hilton Tru when we are traveling. They are always so nice and clean. This one in Mobile Alabama was no exception, the lobby was clean, elevators clean and smelled good and fresh. The halls was clean as well. Our room was great, clean, the bed was nice and comfy the pillows were ok, but thats cause it wasnt mine! Breakfast was really good only thing could have made it better was to have it served in bed. Maybe next time the hubs can do that. All in all i have no complaints or anything negative to say! Keep up the good work Tru ill always be a return customer to a Tru somewhere in this big ole world. "When scheduling my stay there was an error of 2 days instead of one night. The staff member Glenda was great helping me straighten out the error with Expedia. The morning we checked out she was there and gave great directions and information about where we were headed. "

"Staff was very nice which is why I will give it a 3 star. Beds are so uncomfortable and an inside pool is advised but was closed. The pool was the reason we chose this place. Breakfast is 16 a piece…way too much in my opinion. Probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again simply for the beds. "
