"we had an easy check in although it was a trek to the room up to the 5th floor then walk along to another wing and take the floor to another level although it was definately worth it once we arrived in the room. the facilities in the room were lovely couldnt fault them, we were exhausted 1.30am when we checked in. "We stayed one night, the car park is free and is located behind the Crawley's High Street. The price was quite low for a well-known brand like Ramada, but the hotel looks a little bit unmaintained and the fact that we didn't had hot water at all made us not being too surprised about it."

"Four day stay was cancelled on arrival by hotel due to it being used for Government Quarantine Service, we were only allowed a new night stay and had to make our own alternative arrangements. Management were apologetic but didn’t resolve issue of us having no accommodation for 3 nights and no notice. Do not use this hotel Still awaiting refund 😡"
