This canal-front home, minutes from Shell Point Beach, is a bright beach-themed beauty with plenty of room to relax, eat and socialize along with comfy sleeping quarters for the whole family. It offers 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The kitchen is stocked with Keurig, toaster, griddle, dishes, flatware, cookware and utensils. There is a gas grill on the cozy covered porch. Bring your boat and fishing gear and tie up to the private dock just steps from your door. Enjoy a day of fishing and clean your catch when you get home on the dockside fish cleaning station with running water . A public boat launch is less than a 3 min drive down the road to easily get your boat in and out of the water. Located in a Shell Point gated community with access to the swimming pool, pickleball/tennis courts and private paved roads perfect for walking, biking, and golf carting. Shell Point Beach is only a short distance away where you can enjoy the sunrise, relax on the beach, swim, or take a moonlight walk to gaze at the Milky Way and millions of stars! In the summer months there are frequently delicious food vendors at the beach and occasional live music. We hope you will book a stay and experience all that Shell Point and the area have to offer. There is so much to see, do, and love here!

We can to town for a football game and all the places in Tallahassee we're booked or way too expensive and we were traveling as a multi-generational family, the parents, the spouse and the kids so we saw this option and thought it looked nice. It was absolutely perfect for our news. The place was clean, comfortable and there was plenty of room to stretch out. It wasn't too far from Tallahassee about 35 minutes and we really enjoyed the seeing it, youth and the calm atmosphere. The hosts were great. We got all the information we needed and we can't do one bad thing about the place. It was beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable. There were enough towels and overall it was a great steak. Wish we could have stayed and enjoyed the place a little longer.

Wonderful place for us to relax and inshore fish. The seawall was under construction at the time but the property manager quickly made some calls and had access to a neighbors dock.
