Very clean bathroom, kitchen and living space. Perfect for one or two people. AC nice and cool! Everything new. All in, definitely recommend. Enjoy your stay in Tallahassee! "Darwin was a very responsive host. The property has a good start to being a nice rental. The kitchen needs a good deep clean (walls, cabinets, exhaust fan) as well as the baseboards around the house. Invested in some nice furniture like the dining room table and master bedroom and then has couches with stains and a very broken sleeper/sofa. Nice location a good distance off the road and well shaded."

"My entire family was able to come to one place and relax together. What a great spot for some family time. The host was amazing, we had an AC go out on Sunday(day two) and she had a tech out to fix it within a few hours. Very happy with this week, with my family, in this house. "
