"We booked two rooms, (1) adult, (2) kids each room and a silver card Hilton Honors and a HGV owner.. The staff was very limited with what capacities they had to offer since they were what appeared to be short staffed. We booked thru a third party which was unfortunate on our part...a king suite accessible was without a sofa sleeper which was not as described in the third party app but front desk staff did upgrade us but we had to wait an additional 45minutes for her to do so, the only staff available, to check in other guest but the upgrade was fantastic...the rooms were clean and very sufficient!! Getting extra shampoo and conditioner request was not fulfilled and the blankets for the sofa sleeper was brought up to our room at 11:40pm, the child was asleep by then with the blanket from my bed... and I, myself was almost asleep when housekeeping came knocking on my door. The breakfast was very minimally required for a buffet but was okay! The pool was clean and the hot tub was extra HOT at 120 degrees. The exterior was clean and very maintained. The free parking was much appreciated. Would recommend patience but a great place for an overnight stay."

"This was an ok stay. The first room we booked smelled like stale cigarettes and my kids have asthma so I asked to switch rooms and it was done with no problem. The second room had a weird smell but better than the first. The tub was not clean good enough and neither was the toilet. "

"It was okay. Prices were great. I was apprehensive based on other reviews and I’m mad I was disappointed by the customer service I requested towels, a new bedsheet and pillow cases due to stains. I left and never got the towels or pillow cases during my entire stay. They gave me a ripped up bedsheet. I requested it several times and each time was told they’d be coming soon and it never came. The front desk is useless and they lie. The properly was clean though. "

"We stayed only 1 night while taking my son on a college tour. The hotel was clean and room was updated. We had a view of downtown and the St. John’s River. Check in was great with Emileigh. She was so friendly and welcoming, and she continued to greet us when we walked through the lobby during the evening. This area of downtown seems to be a corporate//financial district so not many open/walkable restaurants nearby on the weekend, therefore we ate dinner at the hotel restaurant. The food and drinks were good and there were some TVs on with March Madness games, which made my son happy. We chose to valet park, which was very easy and the car was quickly retrieved when requested. The employees at Starbucks were also very friendly. The only negative to this hotel is that if you are traveling with a group of friends, etc, there ia not a place to sit around and socialize or sit and drink your coffee in the mornings. The lobby is just the check in desk and maybe a couple of chairs off to the side. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to others traveling to Jacksonville. "

"This hotel is completely unacceptable and unsafe. I was given a room different from what I booked and still charged more. After only a few nights, my body was covered in bedbug bites, and the mattress showed clear signs of infestation and poor hygiene. I had to change rooms, and the replacement room was barely functional. The worst part: after checkout, I left three bags at reception to collect later, and two were stolen. The staff and management showed zero responsibility or urgency. No one cared, no proper response, no accountability. This place is a serious risk to both your health and your belongings. Avoid at all costs."
