The cottage is located in the heart of a working farm (mainly cereals), near Meung-sur-Loire and Beaugency. The farm is in a very quiet hamlet, 6 km from the Loire à Vélo route. In front of the cottage, you will enjoy a large independent ground, overlooking the plain with a bowling green, and a private terrace.
The ground floor offers a large living room/lounge with an open fitted kitchen and a large bay window; an accessible shower room and a bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed. Upstairs a large bedroom with 3 90x200 beds, a toilet with sink, small lounge area.

Professional stays are accepted for a maximum of 3 employees. Possibility of capacity up to 5 people for tourist customers.
