"The lady attending the breakfast is like a watch lady. She watches everything you do. Was the only staff with no smile whatsoever. They need to improve that area. The lady’s attitude needs to be welcoming."

"We arrived late from the airport. Very easy check in with a real person. The room was very clean and comfortable. Sinks were outside the toilet and shower. Sheets clean and crisp. Towels white and fluffy. Bed was a little hard. Pillows were large and fluffy. Very nice place to stay."

"In general, the space was acceptable, but there were a number of issues. The inexpensive blinds did not create a completely private space (and one was broken). The silverware in the drawer appeared poorly cleaned. The wifi network was only available the first of the three-day stay, which made being there for a work trip quite difficult. Upon entering the space, there was a distasteful smell, which I believe was the use of a fragrance to cover up a moldy smell."
