The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book in front of the fireplace or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV, WiFi, a CD player, a Hi-Fi and a radio.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 10 or outside, on the balcony, on the terrace or in the garden enjoying views of the mountains.
The villa has 4 comfortable bedrooms, 1 including a double bed and a private bathroom with a bath tub, 1 including a double bed, 1 including a sofa bed and a double bed and 1 including a single bed and a bunk bed. The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub and a toilet.
The villa features central heating, a dryer, ironing equipment, a vacuum cleaner, cleaning products, a fan, a washing machine and a safe.
Note that the cleaning, towels, bed linen and tourist tax are included in the rental fee.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking inside is not allowed. Pets are allowed. Parties are not allowed. The owner lives near the property.
There is a tennis table, baby foot, petanque field and board games available. Parties accepted on request. Meals can be arranged at 30 euros per person, including aperitif, starter, main course and dessert at the price of 30€ .
