"The bed was comfortable and clean. Yhe rooms are quiet. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was a disappointment. Very limited and not even butter for toast. The building is aged but they are renovating. "

"I had the privilege of talking to the owner and the manager. They were friendly and open to suggestions. With regard to Fernie British Columbia finding a good hotel at a reasonable price is a challenge. This hotel for people who care about their budget is an excellent option. The owner has invested in the comfort of his guests such as new beds. The floors were clean and an excellent condition. The fact that there's no carpet in the units can mean a little bit noisier if you are on the bottom...

"Our large family of 8 adults and 6 children truly enjoyed our wonderful family reunion at the lake. We love the new path to the lake because it is perfect for our elderly grand parents and our young children. There is seating for all of us to eat at one time too enjoy telling stories. The lake house and the lake front property are exactly as described and we recommend this property for family reunions. Two of our children caught their first fish right off the dock here and they are still talking...

Excellent location, very convenient to be close to Safeway and downtown area. Very easy to communicate with host, very responsive."
