"Great team and really clean and tidy. A lot of seasonal workers staying and are up and down all night, cooking, running up and down the stairs, noisy, shiies spread all over hallway. We had our 2 children with us and we didn’t get any sleep at and the kids were frightened due to contact doors banging, to frightened to go to the toilet as there would be 4 or mite at a time altogether in thise areas. Possibly isn’t a place for families when seasonal workers are there as there was no respect for...

"As part of our Queen Charlotte walk we also stayed at Punga Cove. Compared to Furneaux Lodge and The Portage, Punga felt VERY dated back to the 70s and 80s and poorly maintained. We had an apartment and could hear every footstep of the people above is. For almost NZ$600 this is not good enough. On a positive note, the setting and food were wonderful. "
