Communication is on par. Received up to date information. Had everything needed plus more in the kitchen. Very clean place. Only thing missing was a coffee machine. Only had instant coffee which is unfortunate.

Very comfortable and spacious cottage accommodation. All very relaxing and staff very friendly. Nice garden and area to sit out. Complimentary port and chocolates are a very nice touch. WiFi connectivity in cottage was poor.

Room was lovely and clean however staff were not overly friendly nor helpful, not great customer service in the hotel or adjoining restaurant. Was overcharged parking ( more than what was emailed to me initially) wouldn’t stay there again especially for the price
