Great place to stay. Cleaning staff did an amazing job. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Restaurant on top of the hotel is good enough you will not have to go anywhere else unless you want to.

My friend and I wanted a cute place to stay convenient from playa del Carmen. We took the ferry bringing our bikes on. It was a 15 min bike ride and we safely stored them at the hotel. The place is cute from the room, to the yard, to the beautiful rooftop dining. The staff was so beautiful and friendly as well.

This is a terrific place, if you don't mind a little street noise for about 18 hours a day. With gorgeous grounds and a nice location, it would be wonderful to always have the windows open facing the sea, but motorcycles, trucks and loud vehicles can often be heard. Making up for that is a beautiful and well-staffed rooftop restaurant and excellent staff always ready to grab beach towels or offer directions. Breakfast is very good, as well, and the breakfast servers are excellent.

My 16-year-old son and I stayed in March while on a scuba diving trip. The front desk staff were terrific. The room was quiet. Air conditioning worked great. The rooftop restaurant was very convenient. We loved the convenience store downstairs, too. Very friendly. We would definitely stay again.

the staff was super helpful and friendly, they answered every question and tried to make our stay enjoyable. The room was terrific, almost luxurious, also the bath products, we loved them... I just feel it was little dark lighting (that is something that I have seen in other places I don't like it, but that is my preference). We enjoyed the breakfast in the roof, great view there and food was delicious. The pool as well, very nice :). The location is very convenient as well as it is near the center of Cozumel. The beach was great as well, we saw many fishes. Definitely a great place to stay and enjoy Cozumel. ♥

What a great place to stay! We had such an awesome time at Albatros Suites. This place is NOT a resort which we LOVED! The fact that there is not 1000 people everywhere was incredible. I enjoyed how quiet the establishment was! It felt like it was private just for us! Gerardo and the other person in reception, as well as all the servers in the rooftop restaurant / bar were very very kind. All very welcoming, super friendly and attentive! The rooms were quite big, clean and all had a balcony looking over to the Caribbean Sea! I would absolutely recommend this gem and will definitely be back!

Rooms of a good size with nice view to the ocean, though across the street. Very clean and plenty of space including mini kitchen like-area (microwave, coffee maker) with dishes. Unfortunately, the street traffic was non-stop and the double glazed doors weren't quite sufficient to block the noise out and the neighbors (diving shop) started being noisy quite early. Hotel did add a white moise machine to the bed and together with ear plugs all was quite manageable. But for sensitive folks, be aware of it. Overall good location close enough to still walk to town but far enough from the hustle of the cruise ships. Nice choice if you want to avoid the big resorts.
