"The room initially was pretty clean the staff however was an adequate unprofessional lack hospitality and the willingness to serve the pool was nonexistent due to it not being open and had not been approved by the state the breakfast was basically nonexistent due to the lack of staff Manning the breakfast area making sure supplies as well as food was adequate hot and available overall service was terrible management was nonexistent and not available for concerns of the customers during the day after this day still have yet to be able to contact hotel management and was not given a direct phone number for management would never recommend staying at this location no fault of Expedia."

"Breakfast was less than desirable. Coffee was hot. The food selection was either a packaged coffee cake type donut or a honey bun. Deadbolt on the room did not lock. Only had the security bar to keep the door locked. "
