People were working on their vehicles. Is this an extended stay Hotel? The room looked shabby and worn out. I did not feel safe for myself or my personal property. I had such a bad feeling about this place that I left around 9 PM and drove home to Indiana. I will NOT stay at this hotel again. I feel I should get a refund as I did not stay the night. TY

The customer service was horrible television remote didn’t work and took the guy over 30 minutes to get there to help with the problem… the room and the bedding were filthy. The AC barely worked. It took four hours for the room to cool down.

Very outdated & rundown. It was clean, bed needs new springs or mattress, my side was sunk in. Everything pretty much worn out. On the positive side we did have a fair nights sleep & shower worked fine.

only booked for one night had no towels washcloth or soap in the room. when i went to let front desk know they said they didn't have anymore. i asked for a refund to book with a hotel that can accommodate the basics, that's when they suddenly could provide me with towels and washcloth, they looked like they have been washed but dingy and dirty. all red roofs are not like this. this one location just had bad management/owners. would have went to the red roof not to far from this one

Don't stay here unless you have no options.

Place is run down. Room had one comforter but 2 beds, 1 face towel, one hand towel, and 1 bath towel. TV remote did not have batteries as well. Overall, a hassle that I would be beyond glad to never see again. I know it's a redroof, but still, at least have ONE standard.

The guy in the office was pretty friendly and tried to work with me as I was a late check in. The room had an awful smell! It supposedly was a non smoking room but it stunk! It smelled so bad it was hard to sleep. The towels were paper thin and the bedding had stains/cigarette hole. The bathroom could’ve been cleaner too. I know it’s a budget hotel but it was the worst RR room I’ve ever stayed in.

A quick one night stay

It wasn't to bad,but the toilet had trouble flushing,the door handle kept falling off when we would try to get in our room and it could use a good cleaning.
