Clean, comfortable, cozy and close to lake. Property well maintained. Very to communicate with host. Great that there is a restaurant too! True Alberta gem. We plan to come back and spend two weeks summer vacation with our family.

Beautiful fairly new cabin. Lots of room. Nicely situated in trees. Close to Cow lake and about 13km to Rocky Mountain House. Great owner. Very accommodating and helpful to our needs. Only disappointment was that you can’t see the mountains from here and it take an hour or two to travel to see them. But if you do, the sights are amazing. Abraham Lake, on a sunny day, snd Crescent Falls were outstanding and well worth the drive.

Always good to stay at Cow Lake. Easy check-in and out. Friendly staff. Cabin could use an update and add a few amenities to the room like shampoo, body wash, and better hand soap for the bathroom, an initial supply of coffee & coffee filters. The General store has everything you need. Bed is comfortable. Wifi and TV was great. Lots of space. Our pups were very comfortable. Nice quiet spot if you are looking for a friendly place to hang out.

Very dusty rooms, hairs every where, food still under sofa and under bed very dusty with all spider nets and all, linen loooks not cleaned. Good thing is unit itself is big and can adjust 2 families, fire pit outside,electric kitchin applicances are new.staff is helpful.store is next to rooms is very convieneint.price according to cleaness is high.

The cabin was awesome! It was a great price for having six places for people to sleep, a kitchen and full fridge. We only stayed for a short time so we didnt get a chance to use the fire pits but we would definitely book again and hopefully have more time to enjoy the area. I will let other people know it is a great place to stay.

Upon entering our cabin (#2), both my wife and I immediately noticed the smell of stale cigarette smoke. We sat in the cabin for about 20 minutes, but I quickly developed a headache and we decided that we wouldn't be able to stay. Unfortunately, as it is self-serve check-in, there was no one to speak to about the issue. Through the Expedia app I submitted my complaint regarding our check-in, and replied to the owners default "welcome" text message. There was no reply until the following day, and all they said was they couldn't smell anything in the room. Ultimately, we walked away from our 2 nights and our vacation and returned home.
