"The front desk staff and bar staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. There was little to no eye contact and front desk lady was on her phone while checking me (us) in. When I asked about the fire pit on the patio to be turned on, I was told it was not the season for it however, another couple was sitting by a fire on the other side of the courtyard. I feel we were discriminated against due to being a same-sex couple. The bar server was asked about the brands of tequila and walked away while answering as she was also having a conversation with a couple across the bar. We were on the second floor and there were kids and drunk adults RUNNING around screaming and knocking on doors all night long. When front desk was called initially no one answered then I was told "thank you for calling down." NOTHING was done about the noise or disturbance. "
