It is located in a natural park, known for its river beach of Duke Ferdinand, very pleasant place, with a fairly extensive body of water and a vegetable rich and diverse environment. The beach environment is characterized by a vast forest mantle, which makes the pleasant walks, bike or all terrain bike.
The House is part of a collection of buildings typical of the region, associated with flour mills powered by the force of the river. Even today you can see these buildings and also near the mill and the wheels of mills.
