"The Whiskey Run Lodge was amazing - even better than the pictures! Three families (6 adults) - plenty of room for all to relax and enjoy. The house is very well-stocked with everything you need. The amenities are awesome! Perfect location: 10 minute drive to downtown South Haven and 10 minute walk to Covert Beach. Host is very responsive and helpful. "Our stay here was AMAZING!! The beds are SO comfy, seriously the best sleep I have ever had on a vacation. Amenities were everywhere! The bathhouse was very nice and clean, and always had fresh towels stocked. The only thing that rubbed me the wrong way was the amount of Ai slop posters everywhere. Canva is free and is not a huge drain on our freshwater sources or environment. Other than that, it was a perfect vacation! Thank you so much, we will be back!!"

8/10 Good

"The was clean and the mattress was excellent. The bathroom had some type of black residue on top of counter but staff came immediately to clean. Two things that I did not like,No one came to service room the next day or asked if clean towels were needed and when checking in I was told that I would have put down a $100.00 deposit that I was not aware of. We checked out at 3:00 am in the morning and did receive the deposit back. Take pictures before you unpack also when viewing the room it show two sinks but our room only had one that was one the factors in choosing that location."
