"The manger was so nice to us. We didn’t know they had a shuttle from the PIE airport but were told and call and she hurried and came and got us. It was later when we got in and she gave a good pizza place to order from. "

"All of the front staff are Excellent, especially the one with same Birthday as mine (Dec 10th) -- I forgot her name. The pool area and hot tub tucked away on the back are Grade A+. It could possibly be THEE BEST pool lounge chair I have ever has the pleasure of laying on. Breakfast is A++. They let me check in at Noon, which is a HUGE factor in my overall grade. I travel A LOT, so waiting around to check in is very very irritating. Room smelled of wet dog a bit -- but I opened the AWESOME Sliding Glass Balcony Door and let it air out and it was fine within 10mins. The Balcony is Excellent and HUGE and they had Xmas music playing in the gazebo, which was cool. Overall Grade 92"
