Located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, this 36 sqm ground-floor apartment accommodates up to 4 guests. You will find 1 bedroom and a living room with a kitchen area, plus 1 bathroom. The private fully-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals, and amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a fan, TV, and washing machine.



Step outside to enjoy your private covered terrace, perfect for relaxing during your stay. The apartment is situated just 150 meters from the beach and close to the port, local shops, mini golf, and equestrian center near the D-Day landing beaches.



Parking is available both on the street and at the property when spaces are free. One pet is allowed upon request with a deposit. Please note that events are not permitted on the property.



A baby crib is available upon request. Short stays are possible with a minimum of 2 nights. Outside of July and August, you can take advantage of a special offer where you stay 3 weeks and get 1 week free. Two consecutive weeks receive a 5% discount. Cleaning service and bed linens are available for an extra fee. Holiday vouchers are accepted.
