About this property

Holiday Home 'Mas Le Bragalou 6-8 personnes' with Mountain Views, Private Pool and Wi-Fi

  • This historic 210 m² farmhouse blends charm and modern comfort in a former silkworm farm steeped in history.



    Enjoy every moment of the day in the sheltered and open-air outdoor spaces.



    The farmhouse sleeps up to 8 guests: two bedrooms with double beds, one with two children's beds (90/130), and a bedroom/study with a double futon sofa bed.



    One of the four bedrooms is on the ground floor, fully independent with a toilet and bathroom. It opens onto a peaceful garden and a beautiful, secluded courtyard. Please note that in December, you must cross the courtyard beneath the arches to reach the main living area upstairs.



    The two upstairs bedrooms are ideal for a family. Arranged in a connecting layout, they require you to pass through the bedroom with two bunk beds and the bathroom with a bathtub to reach the air-conditioned master bedroom with its private terrace.



    The property has three bathrooms in total.



    The pool is open from May to September, has child-safety measures and a maximum depth of 1.20 metres. Swimming enthusiasts will also enjoy the beautiful nearby rivers.



    Please note that you use the pool at your own risk.



    You have access to the village tennis court opposite the farmhouse (please bring your own equipment).



    Explore the nearby treasures of the Ardèche and Gard while enjoying the charm of southern France.
