Lovely place to stay ! Restaurant was not great so we ate elsehwere but the hotel was very clean, comfortable and staff were always hugely kind and helpful

Great location of hotel, staff are amazing and very helpful! Bathroom was a bit small only issue with the hotel but for the price I would highly recommend it.

First of all, they are hunting money without giving a service. Fully paid via expedia but still charged extra for kid. Changing towels for extra money. They say once a week enough. Rude staff, poor breakfast. No more stay ever again even they offer free! Smelly old rooms.

Dear Mr TOPALOGLU We are very surprised to read your comments. You are complaining about the hotel but you are coming back nearly every year since 2012. The services provided haven't changed. Extra beds have always been with supplement. Changing towel every day as well. You said that breakfast is poor but when you left the hotel, you gave presents to Marie and you have said to her that the breakfast was very good. So to be honest with you, we do not understand. This message is not linked to reality.

Nice little find on mountain
Great position on slopes, frequent courtesy bus down to village though we enjoyed pretty walk. Hotel staff delightful and so helpful and polite. Breakfast and evening food in lobby great as was pool area. Bedrooms a bit tired but lovely view and did the job & great price for Courchevel.

The property is well located (not center of town) with access to town via gondola or shuttle (both right by the hotel). The rooms are very tiny and simple so don’t expect much from that. It’s a ski in ski out location with rental shop and lockers right below which is convenient. Overall convienient location but rooms are less than desirable for the price you pay.

Excellent Ski in/ Ski out location.
Hotel Le New Solarium is conveniently located in Courchevel 1850 and it is a truly ski in/ski out place with shuttle service to main village right outside. The only thing lacking is a jacuzzi but the Sauna and pool make for it along with excellent reasonably priced massages. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

The New Solarium was possibly the worst hotel experience I have had in the past 20 years: DIRTY, UNPROFESSIAL STAFF, UNCOMFORTABLE ROOMS. 1. We are given a room on the 4th floor next to the ski lookers and staff enterense. We are woken up by by staff shouting as they receive laundry. Next is the ski shop staff at 6.30. 2. I made the mistake of walking from by bed to the toilet without slippers, and caught athletes foot or some kid of fungus infection due to the filthy carpet. 3. The bath towels (face cloth and hand towel sizes) are left by us on the floor in order to be replaced (they are soaked as they are too small for multiple usage) the towels are picked up from the floor and put on our hand rail next to the soaked floor matt. we put them outside our door hoping the cleaner would made a mistake and change our towels for dry towels; we end up without towels. 4. My girlfriend was accused by a waitress of leaving without signing for a drink and food she had supposedly consumed. The food and drink was something my girlfriend would never order + we were our skiing when this apparent “offence took place”. Despite explaining this to the staff member we were accused by the waitess who clearly cannot remember her customers faces. We spoke to management to compliam about this agressive and incorrect accusation , only to be told that this happens. AFTER TWO DAYS WE LEFT TO ANOTHER HOTEL REGARDLESS OF COST. AVOID! MOTORWAY HOTELS ARE LUXURY IN COMPARISON.

Dear Mr, On arrival, your room was on the 4th floor but you have changed the second day for a room situated on the 6th floor. The ski shop open at 8.45 and staff arrive at 8.30 ans staff entrance is situated on the 3rd floor, not 4th. Bath towels can be changed on request, every day with supplement. This process is indicated in all bathroom. Our room staff let an information on bed when guest are putting towels on the floor. This document explain that we are able to change towels with supplement if you want and to call reception to have this service.Except a mistake from my part, you did not ask for this extra service. Regarding food and drink ticket, our staff was not agressive or incorrect. We are sorry your girlfriend felt accused. We are surprised to read you leave the hotel after 2 days as your check out has been made on 14th with our reception manager on your real ay of check out!! Best regards

Awful experience, blood stains on towels, dirty towels, rooms are dated and probably should be 2 starts max. Would not recommend it to anyone.

Regarding breakfast, during booking process, you have choice between offers in half board or Bed & breakfast or room only. in case of booking in room only, breakfast is not included but possible to have one with extra cost directly in our restaurant, during opening hours. best regards

Very nice location, bad restaurant
Great (though go a bit old) hotel with decent amenities. Fairly big swimming pool. Decent sized parking. Our room had a great view on the forest it was very relaxing. Room was spacious, but with no coffee machine or even a boiling pot. The reason is that most of the people staying have the food included in their package. We ate at the restaurant and here again, groups of tourists with meals included. We ended up paying 25€ for the salad bar and 22€ for a magnet de canard over cooked. Hence very disappointed with the food. Staff was nice but as they were closing for the season not particular helpful. I would recommend as an alternative to the 4 and 5 stars hotels around. Location is just on the slopes so you can rent your equipment and jump on the slopes in 10 min. Still, it's more an all inclusive hotel not a great deal for a couple of nights.

True ski in and out hotel. Service was adequate but definitely not 3 star. If you're driving, must book a parking spot at the time of room booking. Rooms were small. Only 1 outlet in the whole room. Bring an extension cord if you need to charge more than 1 phone.

Short notice booking and fantastic decision - really great venue - service excellent, atmosphere great and buzzing, food excellent. Could not have been better located for skiing - ski in and out and 1 minute for the bubble down into 1850 in the evening and services by the bus for late trips back from 1850 - 5 minute trip.

Great value for a quality hotel
The staff were helpful and friendly from the moment we walked into reception until the moment we checked out. The food was good quality, and plenty of choices for breakfast ad evening meal. The massage treatments we had were also excellent.

great location and adjacent to a ski rental shop, and than there is loads of buts: very average rooms unless you have booked a superior one, very expensive: bottle of water 7 euros, for a single course dinner for two and two glasses of wine 90 euros. Staff is very nice, except the lady at the front desk, she would try anything but help :)

The point given on booking is shocking. It s so warm and friendly. Design make it seems like a grandmas house . So close to lift and just over the ski rent shop. If you wanna walk to Courchevel 1850 center it s just 800 mt. I give 9/10 to this hotel .
