It has a lovely 55 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a fenced garden of around 2,400 m². Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

- Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190) with wardrobe

First floor:
- Small library on landing
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190) with storage space

- Bedroom 4: double bed (140x190) with storage space
- Bathroom with bath and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A beautiful fenced garden of 2,400 m².
- The house is surrounded by a 100 m² concrete terrace with garden furniture (chairs, table for 8/12 people and sun loungers) to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Courbépine, in a very pleasant environment. Nearby, you'll benefit from all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
Notre dame de Bernay, the Notre Dame de la couture basilica, the discovery circuit with its half-timbered houses mainly on the waterfront, the Sainte Croix church, the Bernay fine arts museum, the Charentonne pastoral golf course, the Édith Piaf theater, the Hôtel de la Gabelle, the Cordeliers convent near the Romanesque abbey church.
The Saint-Martin de Bernay aerodrome (4 minutes away) offers Gyro Gilles autogyro rides and other aeromodelling and flying club activities.
A few km from Bernay: the Bec Héllouin abbey, the Harcourt arborétum and the Champ de Bataille castle.
En route to Honfleur (50min), Le Havre (1h10) a stop to visit the Venice of Normandy (Pont-Audemer).
Towards Deauville (55km), a stop in Lisieux (27km) for a visit to the Basilica of Sainte-Thérèse.
A little further on, 1 h drive away, Cabourg and the D-Day landing beaches.
Swimming pool, dojo, climbing wall, tennis court, etc. - the town is well equipped.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot. There is also ample free public parking in Courbépine, near the school and village hall.
