"The house was very clean inside, all of the rooms have been redone and are nice. The house had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. There is no outside amenities like outdoor furniture but the front porch did have a chair and table. The neighborhood is fairly quiet but there is a busy street one house away and a fire station across the street from that so there is some outside noise. The location was convenient to both Dallas and Waxahachie were we spent most of our time."

"Stayed for a week and got a decent room with fresh towels everyday. I then decided to stay the weekend as well and ended up in a different room. (2 Queens) Same layout but worse quality. Smaller TV, Older and rattling AC, Unstable Beds and a dirtier shower with GIANT cockroaches to boot. It's the cheapest hotel in the area but it was only on the second stay that I realized why it was so cheap. It's still a decent option if you get a good room but if you can afford to, just go to a motel 8 instead."
