The parking lot had a large hole in the area cars had to drive. It could have ruined a tire or part of the car if the driver wasn't alert. The staff were friendly, there was quite a bit of parking available, fairly close to the convention center. Breakfast was ok, the room was clean.

1 night stay. Check-in was smooth. Room was on 3rd floor, but elevator was broken. Smell and stains in the hallways and stairwell. Room had stained walls, floors and ceiling. Beds were clean. Tub/shower were clean. Toilet was non operational. Curtains were torn. Got a new room because of non working toilet in the first room. Second room was in similar condition but with a working toilet. No room phone in either room. Wifi was ok but cut out next morning few hours before checkout. Did not use any of the other amenities. Staff were decent to work with in the limited interactions between check-in, room change incident, and check-out. Close to airport. But there are 2 other hotels right next to this one that looked better and would recommend looking into staying with one of those.

Perfect for my needs

The entrance of hotel was under construction, but the lovely clerk that checked me in made everything aok. She was so personal and was able to multitask without making u feel put off. Sorry i did not get her name

Airport shuttle never showed up For the 4:15am or the 4:45 times and there was no front desk staff available from 3:45am-5:00am but the staff who checked me and gave me my keys was great.

Great place to stay! But very cold pool.

Motel itself was very clean and nice, halls smelled fine and were air conditioned. All 3 of the employees we interacted with were so friendly and helpful!! Best people we have run into at a hotel in a while. Breakfast was typical fare. The brown and serve sausages actually appeared browned and not just microwaved like most hotels I have been. All of this said if you really want to use a pool I would reconsider. Pool was clean and nice but ice cold!!! We could not get in past our waists and even that took time. Our child didn’t go in past a couple of stairs and neither did another family that came down.

The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. Undergoing renovations but was still orderly. The bed however, was harder than concrete and the room felt wet. The ac was on and it was super cold but the room over just felt damp. The shuttle was easy tonise and we caught out flight easily

The room wasn’t real clean and there were stains on the comforter and curtains. Staff was nice but not overly friendly. In general not super clean anywhere. Was excellent location for dropping someone off at the airport though!

The first room I got didn't have a lock. I didn't feel comfortable without one so they gave me a different room. The next room hadn't been cleaned and had an unmade bed, dirty cups and used towels in the bathroom. The third room smelled like smoke and had a tv that didnt work. By then, I didnt care. I just needed a room for the night. The front desk employee was nice, though.
