"Very handy location, comfortable rooms and friendly staff"

"We stayed as a family of 4 for a few days, the room was quite small but was clean tidy and organised. Well equipped for families. I think the walls could be painted and the TV channels could be improved as they were all in French. An enjoyable and comfortable stay otherwise and perfect location! Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet rooms too, no disturbances. "

"Rooms walls and ceiling paper thin so could hear other room toilets flushing through the night. Room was very basic and breakfast very disappointing most expensive rubbish coffee and mini croissant I’ve ever had! Many amazing breakfast places just down the road in town. "

"The hotel was great as it was situated perfectly to stroll into the village and there were great eateries close by. Would have been better if we had known that we needed to book in advance off street parking. Needs a little work done lie the wardrobe door was not opening and was off the rails. Just being picky overall a great stay"

"We had the misfortune to stay on the most uncomfortable night during the recent heatwave. The hotel did not have any proper air conditioning - simply a plug in unit that was not adequate to comba t what were admittedly rare extremes of heat. Consequently we had very little sleep in the very comfortable bed. The breakfast was good but our lasting memory will surely be the hostess, who greeted us and looked after us throughout our stay - from helping to carry our luggage, caring for my friend with...

"Nice stop ahead of return to UK, we had dog and they have dog friendly rooms. Clean, lovely grounds, staff very welcoming, good food. Not particularly cheap but if you are heading back from Alps or south of France and want somewhere close to tunnel it’s a brilliant option"

"Basic facilities, which we knew when booking. Initially expected to arrive late from the tunnel and be off in morning, but ended up getting a much earlier train. St Omer deserves time and a walk around - lovely park and some good bars and bistros so glad we got to see that. Hotel well positioned for getting back onto the autoroute and for walking into town.
