À notre arrivée on nous a demandé de payer un restant dû en plus d'une taxe alors qu'il me restait juste la taxe à régler. À force de "bataille " et du professionnalisme de l'agent d'accueil, nous sommes arrivés à nous entendre

Je n’aime pas du tout un hôtel qui a douche et toilette à l’extérieur, le lavabo dans la chambre 114 est vieux et abîmé, pas de savon, pas de serviette de toilette, petit déjeuner zéro, seulement pain et pain de mie, céréale kellog’s, confiture et compote, même pas de jambon, fromage ou autres nourritures du genre, chez Enzo je n’y retournerai pas

Pas de serviette pas précisé dans l’annonce toilette et salle de bain commune non précisés également Les murs sont super fins on entend tout le couloir allumé toute la nuit. Ça gêne car jour sous la porte 2 toilettes et 1 douche seulement pour 8 chambres et propreté toilette à revoir Serviette en achat à 5€ et ça n’essuie pas!

Unfreundliches Personal, alte Möbel, schlechter Geruch im ganzen Erdgeschoss. Unser Zimmer lag direkt neben dem Waschmaschinenraum und vor 6 Uhr morgens wird man vom Lärm geweckt. Für den Preis habe ich nicht viel erwartet, aber ich war trotzdem enttäuscht.
