Welcome to our stylish and newly renovated old building apartment in Cottbus! Our charming 3-room apartment (85 m²) offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and historic flair - ideal for up to 5 guests who want to enjoy the city center and proximity to the main train station.



The inviting hallway offers plenty of storage space, while the bright living room with a pull-out sofa bed (180x300), a 50-inch TV as well as Netflix and Amazon invites you to spend relaxing evenings. The fully equipped kitchen is a paradise for amateur chefs and ensures a successful start to the day with modern appliances and a coffee machine.



The two bedrooms guarantee restful nights: one room with a king-size bed (180x200) and desk for flexible working and a second with two single beds (100x200). Blackout curtains and clothes rails offer additional comfort.

Wichtige Info wäre vorab, dass die Wohnung ohne Aufzug in der 3. Etage ist. Im Bad keine Möglichkeit Handtücher aufzuhängen und fehlender Haltegriff in der Dusch-Badewanne (Rutschgefahr)

Für eine Nacht in Ordnung

Moderne Möbel im Altbau mit DDR-Gerüchen und nostalgischem Charme.Die Kommunikation war super. Check in sehr easy. Zur Begrüßung gab es Gummibärchen. Die Wohnung liegt im Zentrum und bietet 2 bequeme Schlafräume und ein weiches Sofa zum Schlafen. Das Bad könnte ein Update an Steingut und Gerüchen vertragen, aber mit guter Lüftung ist es passabel.Der schmale Balkon bietet eine schöne Aussicht, ist jedoch nicht kindersicher. Die Pflanzen waren sicherlich letztes Jahr sehr schön. Uns gefiel das Moos aber auch sehr.Die Sitzmöglichkeiten auf dem Balkon waren teilweise etwas wackelig.Insgesamt war es nett, aber ein zweites Mal kommen wir leider nicht.
Es gab schon bessere Zeiten für die Pflanzen. Mein nächsten mal bringe ich Lavendel mit. Das würde die Liebe und Zuneigung überleben.
Auch irgendwie schön.
