Maison D'architecte Indépendante Dans un Jardin Avec vue Remarquable

  • Nature lovers, let yourself be seduced by the wonderful view to contemplate from the Bastidon, towards the hills of the Maures and the blue of the sky of Provence. Welcome to Cotignac, classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France.
    The bastidon is a comfortable, warm and fresh house (decoration in local colours) you will be in the heart of a garden all terraced, lush, with the scents of jasmine, honeysuckle, roses or lavender depending on the season. You will enjoy calm, serenity while being 5 minutes from the centre of the village, its shops and restaurants.
    The accommodation
    Independent house with a large shaded terrace, enjoying a remarkable view of Cotignac and the surrounding area, at a distance from that of the owners. It consists of a living room, a kitchen/dining room, a shower room and two bedrooms with double beds. It can accommodate one or two couples or a couple with two children (it is not recommended for the elderly or young children from 2 to five years old because of the stairs and terraces).
    Passenger access:
    The bastidon is accessible by a staircase of 56 steps (private access) and you can benefit from the parking at +/- 50m. On arrival, the owner brings you with your luggage with his small car.
    A natural pool (spring water and river) serves as a swimming pool.
    The village and its amenities are just a stone's throw away (walks from the house into the surrounding hills).

sehr individuelle Unterkunft in einer tollen Umgebung

Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll und individuell eingerichtet, z.T. aber etwas älter. Im Außenbereich gibt es mehrere schöne unterschiedliche Bereiche (z.B. Terrasse mit tollem Ausblick, Hängematte, Liegepool bzw. Kinderplanschbecken) in denen es sich gut die Zeit verbringen lässt. Die Fotos der Beschreibung sind passend, aber man sollte vielleicht erwähnen, dass die Schlafzimmer nicht wirklich abgetrennt sind - uns hat das jedoch nicht gestört. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, spricht aber nur französisch, so dass wir leider nicht immer alles verstanden haben. Der Ort ist auch sehr nett. Also ein sehr schönes Urlaubsziel.
