"Friendly staff, conveniently located near the main road (but not noisy), very comfortable beds, room clean and bathroom modern with good shower. WiFi was free and worked well. Breakfast was a good array of continental breads, cakes, pancakes, yogurts. Cheeses, etc. We had a very comfortable sty and would return happily."

"The hotel is super nice and extremely well located. They have parking in the premises, which is very convenient. The facilities are new so everything is perfect. The staff is most helpful and kind. Perfect place to stay in St Jean de luz!"

"They really need to look at their cleaning training and general customer expectations. Our closest was filthy, one towel each for a week, half a toilet roll, stains on sheets. However, staff were receptive to our complaints. Breakfast was excellent, pool was great, location was great too."
