Transamerica Prime in Costa Verde

"There was a layer of grime on the floors, toilet didn’t flush properly, the door had cracks and mold. Someone tried to enter our room and staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful. We also stayed at the Emiliano down the street and it was just fabulous in every sense. "

"What we really liked about this hotel? I must say 5 stars for breakfast, great choice, lots of fruit, and great choice of everything, fresh and tasty. Another great thing was location, close to metro, taxi and activities. Some staff was nice but they did not speak english. Where ever we fo we expect that somebody would speak english as well. Room was avarage, towels and bedding could be cleaner. I could smell mould from mouldy walls. We only were happy with the shower."
