"The hotel is great for family.Staff very friendly our highlight goes to Danilo the porter.He was so amazing with everyone.Breakfast very good.the lift a bit slow but if you are patiently you will be fine "

"The hotel is amazing with beautiful views. Everything is very clean. We have a mountain view that was breathtaking and the beach was litterally right across the street. I wish the pool area played better music as the music they played were from the 1950s-1970s. No pool activities but the heated pool was a nice touch especially when it was cooler outside. Breakfast was also very good with lots of variety along with an omlette bar. Overall the hotel exceeded expectations "

"Reclamei 3 vezes de um vazamento no teto do banheiro, falaram as 3 vezes que alguém iria verificar e não apareceu ninguém. Simplesmente a noite, era uma pingacao de água no forro do teto do banheiro até amanhecer, e a água pingando no banheiro, onde não sabia se era água limpa ou água suja."
