"The hotel overall was great. Cleanliness was okay. The one problem I had was the staff where you check in and check out on a family side,Some of them were very rude.They do not belong in hospitality business! also, some staff in restaurants do not speak any English at all. They were all very nice,But we had a very hard time getting what we want, because they could not understand our order.. otherwise everything was great!"

"This is quite possibly the worst resort I’ve ever stayed at and I’ve stayed at alot of resorts. We’ll start at check-in. They have a fake check-in labeled as VIP for people who book through Expedia. This is only a ploy to get you in front of the timeshare salesman. We agreed to take the tour only to be sold too extremely aggressive, even after telling the tour guide manager that we were gonna decline because I just finished breast cancer treatment. We don’t know what the next year looks like and..."
