This recently revamped unique rental is 1.5 miles from downtown Newport Beach and 2.5 miles from Huntington Beach beach with free parking. This venue caters to day/night groups up to 70 until 10pm weekdays and 12am on Fri and Sat.. Overnight guests up to 25 with plenty of space to pitch your own tent. Tents available for rental and setup for additional cost of $50 per 2 man tent per stay. The pictures you see in this listing are what previous guests have done with the space. This is a "bring your own tent" kinda venue if you wish to stay a night or 3. This venue is all outdoors but the large restroom is indoors.
A large/fun filled yard and full private separate bathroom with shower and dressing area for up to 70 persons. Lots of activities for you and your group. Lots of room for fun and glamping. Climbing wall, Axe throwing, Corn hole, Ping pong, Slack line, Bluetooth stereo, Poker chips, and more. A Jacuzzi is also available for additional costs. Also, Full kitchen with appliances. Any guests after 4 persons is additional $35 per day each and whether they stay the night or just visiting. Uber to lots of local restaurants/bars for around $7. Weekday noise curfew is 10pm and Fri/Sat are 11pm sharp unless otherwise arranged with host. Groups over 40 qualify for a discounted rate

Such a fun spot!
I rented this listing for my daughters birthday party and it was absolutely perfect! Todd was so accommodating and friendly. He met us there and helped us get set up. He even left phone chargers for us because my phone was dead when we got there. The rock climbing wall was awesome, there was propane for the bbq and wood for the fire bit. It had everything you need to have fun. It was clean and well stocked. We slept comfortably in the huge “glamping tents”. Everything exceeding our expectations! We will definitely be staying here again!

Awesome place !
This was my first time on VRBO and this was one of the first places that popped up while I was looking to host my baby shower costume party! Host was great, the place was amazing, my guests had a great time and all asked how they can book this place for their own parties in the future !

The great thing about the place was they had a grill which we used, and a lot of other things to use. The only bad thing is we went when the weather was extremely humid so the restroom was really hot and humid as well. Other than that it was a good place to stay in a good location. Check in right at the time it says.

Great affordable option near beach
Fun, unique option for a short-term rental near the beach. Pros: Well maintained Affordable Close proximity to beach and bars Lots of provided activities Cons: Not the best neighborhood in OC but there is a lock on the entrance for some security Sleeping arrangements not the best. A few of us had issues with bug bites. We suspected bed bugs from the cots since we did not see many mosquitos flying around. Overall, I think the pros outweighed the cons but next time I will bring my own tent and sleeping bag to avoid the bug bites.

Hosted a surprise 30th Birthday for my Son! So much fun, so many activities so unsuspecting!
Better than photos! Super clean, organized full of everything you could possible need. Lots street parking. Everyone that came (including the catering company) was amazed and wondered where in the heck I found this place. Everyone asked for the contact info. Todd the owner was always available to answer questions and check in to make sure everything was as I was promised! Would recommend this to everyone for a fun adventure!
