"All'arrivo non abbiamo trovato nessuno per il check in e quando ci siamo resi conto che la struttura aveva appena riaperto da una lunga chiusura abbiamo cercato di entrare in empatia con il titolare... impossibile! Excellent location with helpful staff

"A fantastic location for a brief stay. On arrival we realised we had not booked a room with balcony. They facilitated an upgrade at a reasonable cost , however, the superior room was only available for the first of our 2 nights. So, after moving room after 1 night they gave us the best room in the hotel. A penthouse suite with enormous terrace. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My only minor criticism is that after the breakfast restaurant closes at 11am, there is no facility for drinks until the bar opens at 5pm"
