Nice hotel with a great spa area. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel, both were good. If available, the rooms facing the pool are brighter and have a nicer view.

Hotel perfetto: Stanza molto bella, servita da terrazza con vista sulle montagne. Servizio di mezza pensione impeccabile, con cena sempre all’altezza del 4 stelle. Anche la colazione molto valida, sia dolce che salata. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Pulizia impeccabile! Ultime due note di merito le meritano la zona wellness e il garage che numerosi posti auto coperti. Torneremo sicuramente!

Io e mia moglie andiamo ogni anno per un we estivo in questo Hotel dove ci troviamo benissimo. Massimo comfort, tutti i servizi con SPA, personale gentile e disponibile, posizione eccellente. Altamente raccomandato.

Mest skuffet over at vi ikke kunne bruke Aircondition, var ned å spurte og fikk til svar du må åpne vinduet.. det hadde sikkert vært greit men fleste rommene ligger mot en dyrehage der dem skriker hele natta og tillegg kommer alt lys inn..

Week-end Top in un'oasi di relax e di comfort

E' il terzo anno che io e mia moglie torniamo al Blu Hotel Natura e Spa in questo periodo. Approfittando del fatto che dobbiamo riprendere nostra figlia dal Campus Estivo ci facciamo un week-end lungo a Folgaria. E veniamo sempre qui dove troviamo Relax, Servizio e Comfort tutto ad altissimi livelli grazie alla struttura di Spa e Piscina eccellenti e al personale altamente professionale. Quest'anno abbiamo anche fatto la mezza pensione e cenato in Hotel dove abbiamo mangiato benissimo sia piatti elaborati sia cenen a tema come quella Trentina molto tipica e ben organizzata. Maitre de Sale Top così come i suoi collaboratori sempre attenti e precisi! Insomma altamente raccomandato.

Hotel ben tenuto. Buon livello di pulizia. Purtroppo, causa restrizioni dovute al Covid, è stato possibile sostare in piscina per una sola ora su prenotazione. Buona posizione a cinque minuti a piedi dall'isola pedonale. Bevande hai pasti un po care.

L'importanza della professionalità

Un plauso al personale, che seppur giovane, ha mostrato una professionalità decennale, cortese e disponibile. La struttura è nuova e molto funzionale. Vicinissima al centro. Hotel pulito e bello ,Spa bella, camerieri gentili purtroppo la nostra camera troppo riscaldata media di 26 e anche 27 gradi , anche se ci siamo lamentati alla reception non c'è stato modo di abbassare la temperatura all'interno della Camera, tanto che abbiamo dormito con le finestre aperte.

La struttura è carina, le camere sono ampie, se piove hai la possibilità di una piscina e del centro benessere, la colazione è abbondante e la cena è strepitosa. Da l'anno scorso sono cambiate alcune persone dello staff, mi ero trovata meglio l'anno prima.
