Na noite de dia dos namorados não tinha sobremesa no jantar. No sábado de manhã não tinha bardender e ainda assim cobrariam $100,00’de rolha caso levássemos nossa bebida.

"A Casa Baiana é puro aconchego! O café da manhã é farto e preparado com muito capricho, e à tarde ainda tem aquele cafezinho com bolo que deixa tudo mais especial. A simpatia e a atenção de toda a equipe fazem a gente se sentir verdadeiramente em casa. Fica a apenas alguns minutos andando até o Quadrado, o que é perfeito. E ainda teve o mimo da aula de ioga no sábado, um detalhe que tornou a experiência ainda mais inesquecível."

Ficamos 02 dias sem limpeza no quarto, tendo que quase implorar a limpeza. Mesmo qdo foram limpar, so arrumaram as camas, o banheiro estava muito sujo.
Porta da varanda nao trancava, tendo que improvisar segurança.

"Excellent hotel, very good breakfast, all staff were kind and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and has a nice pool. The only thing that was a safety concern to us is that there is no traffic lights to cross the street in front of the hotel and not all cars stop at the same time. We were crossing when the cars stopped, but a motorcycle didn't stop and almost hit us. It is not the hotel fault, but they should defenitely bring this concern to the city as it affects the hotel guests."
"Very good lobby area, pool areas, beach bar and snacks. The room needs updating, there was no water to take a shower one day, the air conditioning is very old, there was a problem, a technician was sent but at night it broke again and I had no air. Anyway, the environment is good but the hotel needs renovations."
